  • Rooms: living room, bedroom, well-equipped kitchen (coffee maker, microwave, etc.), bathroom, terrace

  • Accommodation for 1–4 persons, self-catering, minimum 2 nights required

  • Booking possible minimum 4 working days before arrival, subject to availability

  • Check-in: from 14:00 on the day of arrival

  • Check-out: until 10:00 on the day of departure

  • Guests may use the spa services during opening hours (pool use outside opening hours is not allowed)

Prices from January 1, 2025:

  • Low & off-season (Jan–May, Sept–Dec): 19,500 HUF / person / night

  • Children aged 0–4 years in low/off-season: registration fee 400 HUF / child / night

  • High season & peak periods (June–Aug, long weekends, holidays, Christmas–New Year): 20,500 HUF / person / night

  • Children aged 0–4 years in high season & peak periods: registration fee 600 HUF / child / night

The price includes:

  • Accommodation fee

  • Admission to the thermal spa (including arrival and departure day)

  • Use of the wellness area: sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, whirlpool (if open)

  • Use of swing beds (weather permitting)

  • Use of sunbeds

  • Free parking

The price does not include:

  • Meals

  • Tourist tax: 700 HUF / person / night, payable on top of the accommodation fee

Payment information:

  • A deposit is required to confirm the booking: 25% of the total price must be paid within 10 working days after reservation.

  • In case of cancellation without penalty, the deposit is non-refundable but can be used within 12 months (subject to availability).

  • The remaining 75% must be transferred no later than 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy:

  • Modification/cancellation is possible until 14 days before arrival free of charge.

  • For cancellations within 14 days before arrival, 100% of the confirmed total price must be paid.
